Next to the master bedroom there is corridor access to a light and airy bathroom which has a large bath with shower over, bidet, WC and hand basin .

The bathroom is also en - suite to the twin bedroom which is tastefully decorated with beams and sloping ceiling.

The third bedroom has a super king sized zip & link bed, vanitory wash basin, with views over the paddocks and park land, opposite there is a shower room with WC and hand basin.

There is a long landing with book shelves containing a selection of books, tourist information, maps and a small collection of DVDs and video tapes are available.
